This is true in England and Wales, at least, but it's not universally true everywhere.

Rape by definition involves penetration. Females cannot rape.
Nobody (sane) suggests that it's OK for grown women to give children head, it's just not rape. Its not just a technicality:tomlinson: words are important, especially those in reference to laws and shit.

I guess they just glossed over the 'to grow up' part of Joyce's tweet. Her concern, like any normal person, clearly lies in children being allowed to reach adulthood unmolested by amoral doctors, surgeons and 'activists'.

To read her statement and immediately jump to kids being kept 'fuckable' is pretty heckin sus, but I can't even pretend to be surprised any more.

Morals aside I think this definition is particularly important and has been an important law topic for me. More and more of people are trying to get tranny rapists to be catagorised as a woman’s crime because their Gender Recognition Certificate says so. Keeping it to penis means we know who really did it.

So you can't be an ally by statement, but you can be a woman that way.

"Allyship" is bullshit. When someone tells you that you should be an "ally", what they mean is that you should be a doormat. You should do whatever they say in exchange for nothing, or they will shame you. They will demand more and more from you until you are exhausted and broke, and they will never give you anything in return. There is no reciprocity in this "allyship", and even suggesting that there should be makes you a Nazi.

I know that this is true in UK law. I’m not sure about US law. I would have to check.
Edit: Some states don’t even have rape as a separate crime from sexual assault. Some have just rape and others have just sexual assault

If I recall in the UK the wokeys and incompetent government officials have attempted to not differentiate some sexual assault statistics by bio woman and tranny. I’d have to find it from where the terfs shared it. But naturally it’s increased by huge percentages. (Plus other crimes.)

Unsure how that is in the US. But that seems a huger cluster fuck. Because trannys already use the rare cases of women assaults as “look cis people do it too”
