• Maple syrup
• Avocados
• Pecans
• Vanilla
• Squash
• Lobster
• Turkey
• Allspice
• Chia seeds
• Peanuts
• Quinoa
• Cashews
• Pineapple
• Cilantro
• Bison
• Black beans
• Kidney beans
• Navy beans

Granted, Europe’s cuisine tends to only use a fraction of what’s presented here. Most of what we associate with European food didn’t happen until after 1500. I can’t think of the modern Euro liking it if potatoes and tomatoes suddenly vanished.
