It's really funny how some people like Moon were going to bat for Jirad. Even When, Jirad Dug his own grave with contradictory statements and was clearly lying to try and cover his tracks. But, some people aren't really the brightest tools in the shed aren't they? Though, it wouldn't surprise me if Moon mainly made that video to try and get Jobst's attention to make a video response and drum up his channels own publicity.

A Follow-up.​


Hi folks. I arrived home from the office today, to a barrage of comments on YouTube, Reddit, and elsewhere, demanding I take down the Jobst video.
I had made a Reddit post, discussing why I hadn't taken the video down, and I didn't think much of it: I figured it was a fair explanation. But, during my absence, it has become something of an issue, which I understand, as well. I've been really busy today, and had no idea the call to delete the video had gotten quite this severe.

I've seen your concerns, and the video has come down. To address any further concerns of finances surrounding the video, it's made a little under $500, and I had donated $500 out of pocket at the time of the video's creation, as a price match to the fundraiser. If the video ends up with any sponsored income after discussions, I'll pay it forward by donating it on top of the bi-monthly donation. I'll walk away from this video having lost quite a bit, but the money was never the point, and remains not the point.

My goal with Moon Channel has always been to make wholesome, thoughtful content, and this situation has been a real wake-up call for me. I strayed from that objective, made something I didn't invest enough time, nor diligence into, and reaped what I sowed. I appreciate those of you who've reached out civilly to offer your thoughts and critiques. For those viewers, subscribers, and patrons whom I've dishonored through my conduct, I sincerely apologize.

I've spoken to Karl too, and he's been nothing but magnanimous, which I can only express my gratefulness for.
Thanks for reading. I know an apology and action can only do a limited amount to rectify such a situation, but I hope its a step in the right direction.

If you send Karl a personal apology admitting your video is trash and full of misinformation, the basic first instinct would be to take it down. But not for Moony, I guess. He just doesn't think much of things, you see. The idea that such a poorly-made video was ever supposed to be "wholesome and thoughtful content" is such a joke. You knew what you were doing. Just admit you wanted to rake in some views and get attention by piggybacking off more successful channels on a hot topic and fuck off.

I wonder why Jesse Cox is still being such a pussy and hasn't officially announced he's cut ties with Jirard; he was super quick to do so with Cryaotic. Another Scary Game Squad video dropped with no news and Jirard had said during his stream even he had no idea what was going on with whether he was welcome back or not.

At the same time, Jirard as far as we know was the one in control of all the money let alone any and all donations coming in. It wouldn't surprise me that Alex wouldn't know about it especially since it was only recently investigated and tipped off by some anon to Mutahar and Karl.

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. I would imagine enough time has passed and digging has been done where Alex would have been outed as well if he had anything to do with it. I believe that Brett has also known Jirard for a substantial amount of time so someone might have looked into him as well.

What's interesting to me is that someone on the Beard Bros channel replied with that statement and yet, on their Twitter, the last Tweet posted was Jirard's response video. I'm curious who runs what.
