Why are brittish recipes always like this, with mixed standsrd and metric units and no consistency in what's measured by volume versus weight? Atleast the continentals usually just do everything by weight.

IMO if you wanna do retail/solo/small firm stuff the biggest favor you could do your self (other than have your dad have his own firm he's sweated out for 20 or 30 years) is to go into things really good at Spanish.

It's only the really small amounts that are by volume. Most kitchen scales don't weigh accurately enough to do a teaspoon or a tablespoon. Everything else is in grams these days. Unless you're using a pre-decimal cookbook, in which case it'll still be pounds and ounces.
What you'll never see in a British or European recipe is cups, because that's completely retarded. How big is your cup? How densely is it packed? Just put that fucker on the scale and weigh it.

- Nock started shirtless and ready for the hot tub, but someone had freshly added chemicals do he could not use it. He put on a shirt. We get a shot of him in his bright orange trunks.

- Nick forgot to do his advert read in the show for CB distillery. He will have to do a weekend stream to make it up.
- Someone suggested he get a producer. Nick said he doesn't because he will 'murder them'. His wife would not want the job. Nick got upset at the chat for suggesting it.
- Nick said that Dick acts the same on stream as in-person. He wouls answer you honestly if you ask him a question. Nick does not understand why people dislike him for 'being himself and sharing his opinions, whether people like it or not'
- People on the Internet don't like Dick, Cecil, or Coomalot, but they are genuine and upfront and you don't have to guess who they are. They are honest. He tacked AussieOverlawd too and then himself on that list. He could not pit in the work to pretend.
- Nick might crash the WATP event in March. He'd like to go, but he is not currently invited.
- He is not sure if he can go to WATP event bwcuase he has so many other trips piling up. He said people talk about all his holidays, but most of his trips are for work or family and not proper holiday.
- Nick has plans over the weekend to spend time with freinds and watch the UFC fight. That is cool, but he has to get party food. It is actually a fundraiser event for a friend with stage IV cancer. They have children.
- Nick loves Mystery Science Theatre. Someone told him they did American Beauty. He extolled the virtues again. People hat when he talks about it, but it is a 'writer's film'.
- Apparently Doug Tennapel dropped an f-slur on a podcast so his friends had to disown him. The gqy agenda is tuthless.
- He denies having a comb-over. He has a lot of hair. He passive aggressively said it is a 'wig' or whatever people need it to be. He just decided to grow it longer.
- His barber runs a lot of businesses and has reduced his barbering hours, so it is hard to catch him for a trim.
- Nick was confirmed at St. Paul's cathedral,, but he does not think his children would sit through a Mass.
- He's waiting to hear back from Rumble. He wants to work with them. He is in the top 10 streamers by watch time. He does not know what kind of contract they might want or duration.

That is less useful every year because there are so many bilingual lawyers who simply had hispanic parents. Some green card holder who committed a crime or needs to sue his employer is going to go with the Hispanic lawyer over someone like Nick (if Nick was good at Spanish).

Why is it not surprising that he forgot to do the only thing that makes him money on his streams? It has been a while since he has had any sort of sponsorships, though, so this would suggest a "turnaround" arc is playing out right now.
When people are genuine and upfront about being shits nobody likes them. Still, aside from maybe AussieOverlawd, none of these people are particularly genuine online, or upfront about their intentions. You can tell all of them are playing their "internet characters," but their characters are genuinely unlikeable people. Nick is just outing himself as yet another boomer who can't tell when people are faking it on the internet.
Nick "barely minimum wage in superchats" Rekieta is in the top 10 streamers by watch time? Does anyone use Rumble unless they are getting paid to do it? I guess the Chinese bot farmers have found that watching Rekieta is an easy way to give Rumble an extra 4 hours of manufactured watch time with no clicks, and he streams during the daytime...
Also, the longer this goes on, the more likely it is that his Rumble deal is getting canceled. His original Rumble deal was for 1 year and started in October of 2022. If they wanted to renew his contract, those discussions would have started in August or September.
