Its not masculine at all.

Going through the reviews, it seems the reviews refer to it as an Arab restaurant, rather than a combo. Probably something like a Mexican restaurant in the US, but I am not Israeli or Arab and only skimmed the Google reviews.
I also found this, most recent reviews for Nour 28. I wonder if it's that same troon.
