I assumed it was just teenage histrionics but he did grow up in Rockford, Illinois which is a real shit hole so it's entirely possible he saw some rough stuff, probably a body on the tracks or something.
Kid's not handling growing up very well either way.
In just two years he went from being rightfully messed up about violence to yucking it up in the gore thread, he went from realizing the dangers of drugs and alcohol to thinking he's cool for saying how much he loves booze, from wanting to self improve to earn admiration to unironically shooting his shot in a shitpost thread.
At least he's started working out because that's the kind of kid who lets his overly dramatic angst turn into a prison sentence.

Have you ever worked for or ran a small business? You always need to shill it to keep up the interest and gain conversions. And the internet, namely social media is the place where people look around.
