All discussion of the candidates, updates and results should go here

For example- here's a video of Ted Cruz vying for world domination.

Also Hilary Clinton is a crook and nobody should have sex with her.

Discuss

(Note- The title will change as we get nearer the election, previous titles will be archived in the OP)

Because Russia is a decaying third-world country run by an autocrat who's support is based around nostalgia for the Soviet Union.
It's a realitivly easy target compaired to the islams and OUR VALUBLE ALLIES China.

Well I dunno, if the road rage is anything to go by...

I'm not sure who these comments were directed at. She's been calling Trump and his supporters racist and sexist for months now. Now she goes and labels millions of them as 'deplorables?' Who is going to hear that and think "Man, Clinton is finally speaking my language?" The people who agree with her that her opponents are evil sexist, racist, rapist, *-ist are already campaigning for her.

I'm sure there are Mark Bernstein-like Hillary supporters out the "My Burger order was wrong! IT WAS TRUMP"

Hillary's imploding and the Daddy landslide's coming. Who could have predicted it?

The guy who draws Dilbert, of course. Scott Adams predicted a landslide since the beginning and basically everything he's said so far has come true.

The Chinese and US economies are too dependent on one another to consider war. Though accidents can happen and tempers can flare, neither country is crazy enough to want a war.

ISIS is already losing on all fronts. It has no allies and a shrinking economy. It's doomed.

Russia meanwhile is massing troops on the Ukraine border, and Putin clearly wants to expand Russian power as far as he can. Trump kissing his ass at every opportunity shows he's the last person in the world who should lead the US. If he wins Putin will probably try to take all former Soviet territories, possibly forcing WWIII.

Except Russia already has too much financial troubles integrating Crimea, let alone invade everything and everyone around. Besides, the strategic benefits of such a move are dubious (Crimea had the Black Sea Fleet's naval base, which could have fallen into NATO hands) while the resulting trouble, even without any NATO military response, will be overwhelming. Putin's businessmen friends won't be happy to see their business tank as a result of war with Europe.

Since the late 2000s, NATO and Russia have been locked in a security dilemma - whatever the other side is doing, it must be scheming to attack us - we must act. With Hillary in the Oval Office, escalation will be inevitable.

What economy? Despite what they say ISIS isn't a state, they're a bunch of goatfucking savages who are taking advantage of political instability and a civil war to rape and kill as much as possible.

Seriously though what the heck is the Hillary campaign going to do? She has a terrible political record and pretty much banked her entire campaign on calling the other side racist and sexist. That's not working and actually seems to be driving voters away, she has nothing.

She descends further and further into insanity, loses in a landslide, and spends the rest of her short miserable life blaming everyone but herself, while America becomes great again.

Clinton and her campaign have now talked shit about Bernie voters and half of all registered Republicans. There is no possible good that can come of this.

Amusingly, the Clinton supporters still seem to think they can do that and that the Sanders supporters will still go out of their way to back her.

Remember too that the Clinton supporters have already talked about how they'll react if they lose: if the Sanders supporters don't materialize at the polling places and Clinton loses, it's not the Clinton supporters' fault for spurning Sanders' crowd--the Sanders supporters were just being "spiteful Nader copycats" by not voting for Clinton after all the shit thrown at them. (Heaven forbid they take responsibility for having pissed all over the people who they'd wished to court.)

With regard to Nader by the way--anyone that tries to blame Gore's loss on Nader is dealing in bullshit.

"There are two other Florida constituencies that cost [the Gore campaign] more votes than Nader did. First, Democrats. Yes, Democrats! Nader only drew 24,000 Democrats to his cause, yet 308,000 Democrats voted for Bush."

For every Democrat Nader attracted, Bush grabbed up about 13. Despite all the bullshit guilt tripping some Clinton supporters try to pull by mentioning Nader in the 2000 election, the true impact of his candidacy on the results was negligible.

Lord, why do you hate my country?

Hey now, don't pin this mess on god. This was all us, baby. Pure America, all this

The polls haven't had a chance to catch up to the Basket of Deplorables yet.
I doubt most of the people voting for Clinton care if she insults the GOP.

I mean, it's not like Donald Trump has spent the past fucking year making broad generalizations about...well, everybody, right?

Pretend you are a politician and the guy you are running against has spent the last 8 months offending a potential voting bloc of 30 million people, 10 million of whom voted in the last election. That's 20 million potential voters you can mop up with registration drives from your state offices. The guy is insane and you profit.

Now pretend you decide to insult 30 million people who voted in the last election, an additional 15 million or so who are registered but didn't vote and god knows how many unregistered.

Are you seeing the problem yet?

I dunno why Hillary doesn't just go straight for the electronic voter fraud, I mean if email scandals can't touch you, you can cut peoples mics when they talk bad about you, and you can call your opponents supporters racists, homophobic xenophobes, then I'm sure voter fraud allegations would be easy to pass by.

At this point, they'd have half the machines registering Trump votes. I don't trust anyone that has touched that campaign for the past month to be capable of crossing a street without incident.

If Hillary wins, what are people going to call each other to shut down arguments? "Former Trump supporter" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

From what I've seen, not supporting Hillary qualifies as "misogyny" so perhaps the opponents of Hillary will all be labelled misogynists.

Voter fraud is a made-up boogeyman that only those too stupid to be voting actually believe in. When someone complains about "voter fraud" what they really mean, without exception, is blacks are voting and this makes it harder for Republicans to win despite gerrymandering and vote suppression.

Just a reminder that Trump was openly recruiting for thugs to "watch for fraud" in Penn., but obviously to intimidate likely Democratic voters. When he isn't kissing Putin's ass he's copying his tactics.
