Technically if one were to enjoy the flavor divorced from any sexual context or connotations--such as somehow tasting it without knowledge as to what it is, like in a blind taste test--no, it would not be gay, strictly speaking.

Anyway, it's only gay if you enjoy the taste after it's been in the ass. Other than that, it's fine. I wouldn't try to extract it from animals, though. It may lead to interspecies poisionings.
