Yes, a man can produce estrogen and XY cells do respond to some extent to estrogen -- but to develop into a female phenotype an XY fetus must be exposed to estrogen and not testosterone early in the fetal stage. And it is very likely that the hormones a fetus exposes to will "archive" certain genes (in biology parlance, to methylate and heterochromatinize them), making them inaccessible for transcription even though the genes are still present in every cell.

This is not normal if transgenderism is a normal phenomenon. You wouldn't get Aids and Monkeypox if you werent a piss drinking faggot. You pick it up from cooming and social influences with added psychological strain, this isnt sunstroke gotten from exposure to the sun. Cultural taboos around sex evolve, as do subcultural ones. Some people continue to see sex as frightening, especially those with social anxiety or those who don't want to be forced to live with having to have a child to be someone - not wrong, but the backlash can get way too over the top as seen in r/childfree.

The problem is that they let these anxieties shape their views and lay them on others. Because they feel sex is scary/dirty/something that makes them feel bad because they're not having it/connected to responsibilities they don't want (kids), their feels win out and they deny that reproduction is a great thing that allows us to uh, exist. They also probably have hangups about their parents or parenthood in general, might have been colored by overpopulation worries or the fear of being forced to become like their parents, maybe eugenics scaring them into leaping to reproductive sex = succes is eugenics thinking and oh no you're Hitler now.

TL;DR: having children is a lot of worries, sex = success makes them fear their own failure (warrented or not), they take this out on others and deny it since they don't want to confront it.
