Lots of things can cause someone to call in a wellness check, you don't need a specific reason to call one in. Not replying to texts/calls, seeing someone drive or act erratically, not coming home on time, etc. I'm guessing in this case he probably told someone he was going to kill himself or he was having suicidal thoughts, since it came shortly after the news broke.

IMO if I were to guess these types of men are the type who fully believe that being gay is a choice and it needs to be repressed. Pretty sure it's less trans ideology as it is being LGBTQ in a deeply conservative community and living a double life that caused this person to 41%. Can you imagine, as a young kid, finding out your father is stealing your mom's clothes to crossdress as a man and post it online? How would you even begin to comprehend it? He also posted photos of a local brother and sister (children) from his community with captions like “Take the shot, get implants, become the whore” implying that the picture of the brother was the before, and the sister was the after.

You seriously need to read the full story before making posts like this.

Baiting your family into worrying about you (probably by threatening suicide via phone or text), then killing yourself in front of an officer and their cameras (when they find you) is an extremely self centered narcissistic act.

- Why traumatize more people unnecessarily?
- Why kill yourself in front of police cameras?
- What about that officer that will second guess his actions for the rest of his life?

Killing yourself in public like that is giant fuck you to everybody including his family. It says, "this is all your fault." But it isn't. It's his own fault.
