I have only ever seen this term be used by teenagers that write pedo type shit, the kids are not alright. As for the rest of this, holy shit look at all that technological brainrot. These people don't leave the house, and considering there's neopronouns happening here apparently, I wouldn't be surprised it's at least partially to avoid getting clocked.
As for what those terms mean... hell if I know. It's downright impossible to find an objective definition to any of this. But, roughly, it's stuff dealing with shipping fictional characters together and making porn of it, and usually in the context of "proship" it's something like rape or incest. Many jimmies get rustled on all sides because nobody in those screencaps go outside.

I never claimed the creator was a woman, just that the character from NEET Dating Sim is supposed to be a girl. The appeal is for other gross NEETs who can relate to being filthy shut-ins who watch anime all day and eat chicken nuggies. She's just skinny and has no tits. The Blahaj isn't exclusively a tranny thing. When the Blahaj trend was still big I even bought one. Then the trannies leeched off of it and I wanted to burn the thing.
I'm genuinely curious, how do you know the creator is trans? I've been scrolling through their Twitter timeline for an unholy amount of time and I have yet to see a single troon flag, femboy, "TRANS RIGHTS!!" or anything similar.

Ah, I was starting to doubt my sex-recognition abilities because I kept on thinking she was female, but she also had the female symbol tattooed on her chest which didn't seem like a pooner thing to do. Glad to see that I wasn't wrong.

This symbol in particular, the ♂ with a line through it, is the tattoo they give rescue dogs in some countries to show they've been neutered.

I realize I haven't rendered unto thread tax so I have a small story on real life experience with run-ins with TIM.
In college he shared same classes I majored in. Before he trooned out full time he was regular skinny dork who dressed like goth. This was also before troons became more brazen and visible so I dunno if he was just mentally ill or groomed or both into it. He didn't make a show out of it or pushed it on your face so I suppose that's a small blessing considering his fashion sense went from almost school shooter to ill fitting garish women's clothes.
Couple striking things that made him memorable was his square brick face combined with narrow shoulders, dude seriously looked like base Minecraft or Roblox character model. Second thing was his odd autistic fascination with Disney, you could observe him visibly perk at the mention of anything relationg to it yet he would never participate in the discussion.
Also post operation he developed horrendous mittenshaped mantits that pointed perfectly opposite of each other when he started shooting up estrogen.
Sadly I don't have any pics and can't remember his name since this was during early 2010's but this dude was my first irl exposure to trannies and just how unappealing they are when taken out of carefully curated environment of filters and angles.

I believe the game is an "I can save her" type of fantasy where you meet this disgusting slob girl who likes anime and guns and dropped out of college. I went through their leaked Patreon posts and even though there are "lewd" drawings of every single character, none of them have a penis, the artist only draws the boobs and then usually has something blocking the crotch area or has the legs closed, so I'm thinking either they don't want to draw it or want to leave it ambiguous? 3. She’s had Alzheimer’s for five years. He said they’ve been married for 47 years and he is 66. Assuming she’s the same age or thereabouts, she’s really young to have had Alzheimer’s for five years. I believe that’s considered early-onset, which, from what I know, tends to devolve more quickly than later-onset Alzheimer’s. I know they still have better days than others sometimes, but that she actually is getting what is happening here, I dunno, maybe someone who knows more can chime in.
These things… do not paint a good picture for any part of this story, except for maybe that she’s too far gone to have to confront any of this, which may be a blessing in disguise for her, but what the fuck?

She had no idea that I was transgender.
I've known since I was five, but culture, life, and my love for her kept it hidden inside me. I've danced up to the edge of transition and away a few times, but kept tamping it down. My life as a man was successful, in very masculine occupations (aircraft heavy weapons, anyone), with very "manly" hobbies.
Today, my wife was like she was five years ago.
Lucid, almost like her Alzheimer's was gone.
So, today I was talking to my wife, and mentioned a former student of mine, now friend, as "male name" last name. She looked at me and said that she remembered the name, but couldn't quite put her finger on what was different. I told her that he was female to male transgender, and had changed his name.
She said that she was surprised, that she
didn't think that there were many like him. I said that it was more common than she thought, but that it didn't have the high degree of attention put on trans women. She asked me to go to the living room for a bit. I sat down with her, and after a few minutes of her talking around something, she told me that she was transgender.
Boom!
I got up, went to her, and told her that I loved her, her, regardless of her gender. She asked how I could do that. So, I told her. I'm transfeminine. We held each other, and told how young we were when we knew, how this could go, how we were so fortunate to be in a tolerant city, and we talked about how different it might have been had we been born later.

She is not going to physically transition; her Alzheimer's is advancing rapidly and she is not ready to move into such a challenging and lengthy situation. She's always dressed a bit "Tom boy.
She's just going to flow along the gender spectrum to where she's at in the moment.
She knows that I am trans feminine, and that I want to fully transition. We agreed that I would do it slowly, and not go full time as long as she was aware of me and her surroundings. And I was good with that.
This morning, she woke up male. Unmistakably male, but not in a negative way. I was making coffee and found her arms around my waist, she nuzzled my neck (getting a giggle from me), and asked "How's my girl doing this morning?"
Wow. So, today she met Anne. I was getting dressed, and had just pulled on a blouse when she walked in. I turned around and she looked so shocked and then she smiled that wonderful smile of hers and said "You ARE a woman."
So, today I am walking on air already, and she asked "How do you start transitioning?" | told her that I would call our providers Gender Pathways program and make an appointment.
She couldn't remember how to make a medical appointment, and the internet is nothing more than a source of confusion. I then found myself with a laptop and firm instructions to "Make the call."
She told me that the pain was gone from my eyes for the first time since we met. I cried happy tears, she gave me a gentle pat on the bum, and teased me about it.
She said that Anne is a soft hearted and gentle woman. And she watched while I made the appointment.
December 3rd, I have an appointment with a doctor to start my transition.
In a world of pain and suffering and war, I'm safe and loved.
