Does anyone know which specific federal law or felony Fatrick is seeking to have these "Stalkers" charged under?
According to that report, less than 0.1% of felony crimes carrying even de facto life imprisonment are stalking or harassment.
According to that thorough explanation, Fatrick has probably queered any possibility of getting a specific judgement or ruling on his stalkers being guilty of harassment as there is an extensive record of him antagonizing and attempting to misuse the legal system against the people he calls "stalkers".
He only has evidence that Somerville Dan crossed state lines to attend a public court hearing. Unless Dan was in violation of an active restraining order, then that is a perfectly legal activity in which to cross state lines for.
So if it is not the above statues, then what does he think his "Stalkers" are guilty of?

He constantly quotes "federal telephone harassment" or some shit like that. He also thinks that this applies to fucking Twitter. In the Josiah tapes he claimed that pretending to be a reporter is a felony.
I don't think he quoted a single law or decision in his pro se filing. He tried to order the Bailiffs to arrest a guy because he claimed that he committed felonies of unspecified nature against him.
He also claims that he didn't know that you can appeal a ruling.
And don't forget he tried to get a restraining order only a few weeks ago, and that he failed spectacularely.
Patrick is a drooling retard, and his threats have no basis in any way.
The only serious crimes that were committed against him are the SWATings, but those have nothing to do with random assholes texting him with claims that he is a niggeroni munching cannibal.
Remember, when he got counsel, they didn't even try arguing his stupid shit. They just wrangled him and told him to say "yes" and pay like a good boy.
His legal threats and claims are just delusions, wrong in every detail, articulated like a child, and clearly misusing the word "stalker".
He is also fat and wears no underwear, which is pretty gross.

yes I recall during the Andrew Nadolski hearing the judge made a note about how Patrick had JUST had a similar injunction denied (I think it was the original quasi injunction?) and that likely influenced his decision to deny pat the anti-harassment order he was seeking. I imagine any judge now is going to look at Pat's fat legal history and deny in order to avoid wasting the court's time.
