Found this in my random search scraping. A search of the farms shows nobody noticed, probably because it happened at the height of #dropkiwifarms so it got lost in the noise. May as well post it here. A William Dale MacLeod, Canadian Citizen, filed In Forma Pauperis in the US Federal 10th Circuit for Libel and Defamation against lolcow llc. The case went nowhere as the filing fee was not paid and no summons were issued.
According to the Federal Courts of the United States, too which, as a Taxpaying Citizen who provides their funding, I have a right to observe the actions of the federal court pursuant to the US Constitution, 6th Amendment. As an honest participant in the Public Access Court Records to which, all citizens of the United States are entitled to access, I have gained the complete file of the individual who burned my money. I am just posting freely available screenshots of PACER that I lawfully obtained, on the forum this individual sued without notice. I would never stoop so low as to physically write it out. That would be true DOXXING and beyond reproach. I am simply posting the public file of a public US Court Case that the individual in question submitted willingly and signed in their name asserting their true and honest participation.
Macleod was ordered to Show Cause on the 22nd of September.
Macleod failed to respond to the orders of the court and the case was dismissed without prejudice on October 14th, 2022.
