Girl mode is full of mystic secrets, but is cold water nail polish drying a real thing or an AFAB jest?

Ok. I’m only a couple months into transition but, after the following nail polish disasters (that look like I tore someone’s heart out, because I didn’t have enough time to let them dry before I went to church), an AFAB friend commented that you can “dry your nails quickly by plunging them into cold water.”
I assumed she had meant cold AIR and proceeded to gently tease her about the typo. At which point, my AFAB wife gently corrected me and said that, “Since nail polish is completely waterproof, its structure will harden faster when plunged into cold water than when allowed to air dry!”

Ok fellow TransLater’s, is this legit or am I the butt of a good-natured AFAB joke! I have not had a chance to try it but would like a little more confirmation before I risk wasting time and product on something that seems logically like it would just make a mess. (But if it were true, would be an amazing metaphor for being trans, since you plunge yourself into a process that you’re sure will make a mess to re-emerge more as you wish to be seen on the other side!)

Re the iced water, I get a nice Vietnamese woman to give me a proper manicure like an adult. At home I would use quick dry drops on normal polish. Either way, you have to be a patient princess. Not that Megs is capable of that, given her speed run towards being a giant man in a dress. Interesting that she distrusts Mrs Hon’s advice in favour of that from reddit randos. Super ladylike sitting position, much womanly.

If we're going for comparisons, the only way I'd compare them to polish is both nail polish and stinkditches smell strongly and quite unpleasant.

Mexican parents burn textbooks infected with ‘virus of communism’ in fiery protest against gender ideology​

Parents in Mexico from Christian organizations have taken to the streets in the thousands to oppose new textbooks from the Ministry of Public Education they deem to contain sexual and gender ideology content, according to Mexico News Daily. At least 12,000 people attended.

Aguascalientes is one of the 32 states which comprise the Federal Entities of Mexico.

Parents also burned the books in question in Chiapas, a southern Mexican state bordering Guatemala.

Middle aged women in my country some times have social media meltdowns the first time someone young in a service position refer to them with the formal pronoun, "I'm not that old damn it!"

Mrs. Hon should advise him that until he's capable of doing his nails neatly, he should stick to pale neutrals. Blood red and silver, of all things, looks terrible when slopped all over his stubby dude nails.
 
Not sure if this interests anyone besides me, but here goes. A British Youtuber who was popular 10-15 years ago by the name of Charleissocoollike trooned out about a year ago, which got mentioned in this thread. He recently put out a video on the 'clues that he was trans' from a young age. It's about as retarded as you might think:
  • When he was a small child he looked like his mum did when she was a small child
  • One time when he played Animal Crossing he made his character wear a dress
  • He liked Shania Twain's 'Man I Feel Like a Woman'
  • He watches anime (no I am serious, this is in the list with no further explanation)
  • A waiter called him 'miss' once because he's such a mincing faggot
  • He liked The Matrix, and that was made by troons
Well I'm convinced, the only sensible thing to do is cut your dick off. Conspiciously absent from the list was his increasingly extreme pornography addiction.

We've discussed this here before, without coming to any sort of conclusion. TIFs tend to be a few inches shorter than average, TIMs tend to be a few inches taller. TIFs also seem to have larger breasts than average. Probably an interesting study to be had, not that any academic would dare touch it!

I knew a tiny woman in college. Not a small person, you know, the ones with congenital conditions. No, just a tiny woman.

She was like an exposed nerve in human form. She was always on the defensive, taking any absent-minded look or gesture or word by anyone and construing it as some kind of veiled insult towards her. You could be talking to her about any old thing and at any moment you'd have to be prepared to see her face contort into an expression of alert and loathing as she belted out "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY TO ME?!"

She'd wear weird clothes; not like a goth or emo or scene kid or anything like that, but rather outfits very carefully picked, always balancing on a razor-thin wire between "granny" and "fashion show". It's hard to explain, but customized old-fashioned clothes in outlandish, eye-catching colors and patterns. Problem haircuts, problem hair colors, problem glasses. The works.
Of course, all of this to simultaneously draw attention and shield herself from perceived threats.

I'm 100% certain that if she'd been born 20 years later, in the current trannypoonered generation, she'd been a dood. Everything she did was was to try to pre-emptively defend from some potential slight that was surely coming anytime anywhere because of her diminutive stature. If to all that attitude and defensive paraphernalia, she could have also added "I'm a MAN", I assure you she would have.

So that's what I think. We already know that many pooners are girls who were abused or are terminally afraid to be abused (thanks feminists, for creating that perception of there being an omnirapist inside every man), who think shedding their womanhood will protect them. Add to that the inferiority complex of a she-manlet, and you get a dood.

THAT SAID I also knew an equally tiny woman in high school and she was one of the chillest, nicest, loveliest girls I've ever met. I ran into her many years later, when she was working on a Starbucks near my job at the time. She was still tiny, still chill and lovely, which further highlighted the contrast with the college tiny woman.

She'd somehow also developed a HUGE RACK, which I'm 95% sure she didn't have at all in high school.
Alas, I was married at the time.

Anyway, I imagine the rack, which the college tiny woman lacked, helped her with her confidence.
