He definitely has a few flags in the RMS (record management system). They will know this before they show up at his house. IDK about what system MPD uses specifically but many departments use a system called Niche. They will see his flags on the mobile terminal long before they get to his house. This was confirmed by OnAForums resident police officer Pringle Can Lothario
It will also be capable of storing comments from previous interactions and warnings such as nuisance calls and swatting. You do not have to be convicted of anything to be flagged and just an accusation of DV will be logged, that triggers a course of events where they are obligated to verify Nikki's safety.
They have to balance that with the nuisance calls, but him acting like a belligerent ape will have another flag in the system like "hate's police". His own behavior has created an environment where police are going to err on the side of caution for the sake of liability.
Heres an example of a similar swatting event with identifying information removed. The officer asks the dispatcher to read the subjects Niche entries because they are driving fast and do not want to look at the mobile terminal while driving, but that will be available on the screen as soon as the call is assigned to that officer.
