Plinko has gotta take the cake for the dumbest game on that site
bossman_plinko.mp4

Now that was a winning collection of clips, thanks fren! That Plinko game really got me thinking, it's just so obvious that Lossman has no concept of probability and expected outcomes. Assuming a fair game (lol), with 16 rows the two big jackpots each have a 1-in-65536 chance to hit, but the payout is only in the low thousands. And I don't think he understands that the ball can't get back into a big-winner track once it falls out.

Since I can model this game easily (unlike card games), I went ahead and did a quick simulation autism in Excel using RAND.

Using one of the Plinko games from templeofgames.com with similar payouts to the one Austin is playing, I came up with this:

Slot ## Chances% ChanceWin AmtExpected

15160.0244%238.900.0583
1610.0015%3843.300.0586
Total:0.9898

The expected outcome is to win back 0.9898 per 1.0000 bet, so a house edge of ~1.02%. I ran a bunch of sequential simulations, starting with $100 and $1 per play. A few did actually win - one even hit the biggest jackpot - but the majority was just a string of losses with an occasional pop of $2 or $6. Most of the time you run out of money after 200-300 rounds:

Come to think of it, that graph is basically "The Bossman Experience" no matter which game he plays.

TLDR: his money would last longer just feeding it into a paper shredder $1 at a time. 💸

Come for the highs and lows of Bossman, stay for the mathematical breakdown of gambling probability.

Chat voted for RIP City and he's currently losing it all.

He's making a lot of calls tonight, wonder what's going on. Also, I'm curious to look up his crypto addys on the blockchain to see all the transactions
he also left twice to "make a coffee" and came back within 15 seconds with no cup and goes "that was energizing". okay, bro.
