If the normal response to being angy at women is hoping they get raped it sounds like you need some bullying to adjust your levels back to societal norms

One off response: One it was caused primarily by overexhaustion and burnout, the women digging into my online presence was just the catalyst. Two I'm not angry at women for attacking me, I was quite annoyed at the lack of standards when it comes to manhating online but frankly at this point I don't care. Three the relationship is great actually, I'm not at Chris Chan levels but I'm not at incel levels either. We respect our parents here in asialand so safe to say I have very good relationships with my parents.

Why are you online? Hit the gym, buy some weights and box your frustrations away, also go outside and get a grip if your perception of women are based on internet people, where everything superficial and shallow. Talk to and approach real women. Caring about your online presence, making it public in the first place, and caring about it is your problem and responsibility.
