Many aspects of the modern world are now souless thanks to the dramatic leaps in computational processing power. Everything from professional sports to social media algorithms are data driven. I have to ask, if you are not an addictive personality and have self control, do you think it is worth doing some attempts at online gambling, in specific the non luck base games like blackjack? Making 200 dollars into 1000/800 is pretty good, particularly for a mouth breather like him.

Just look up the economics behind casino's. The house always wins basically, and the return of investment rate is usually slightly below making profit. Even with blackjack you are depending on the cards being drawn, and card counting is basically impossible with the way they do the card shuffling.

True, "The house always wins" or the zoomer version "truth is the game was rigged from the start" seem like tired platitudes, but they are true. You don't have much of an edge in casino games. I remember there was this one fag named Micky who claimed he had a strategy to beat casinos at Baccarat but this was probably fake and gay.
 
An old buddy of mine who I used to gamble with occasionally told me a theory his grandmother told him regarding casinos, and I assume from personal experience. She said that the slot machines near the entrances will have a higher win rate because when you walk into a casino if you see people winning you are going to feel like a winner too and gamble more or something like that. I stopped gambling long ago and never tried it out but I wouldn't be surprised if they did shit like that.

Even if you have a method to make money, the casino will just ban you. Even in Europe, where in some countries banning players from casino's for reasons like "winning too much" is forbidden, they find another reason to keep you out of the casino. If the house doesn't win they don't want you as a customer.
