Point out to all the dangerhairs with rich parents that social class outweighs any other category of privilege/oppression on an individual scale and watch them absolutely seethe. Most of these wokos (and middle -to-upper class white liberals in general) think working class people are beneath them despite all the lip service.

Pretending that all the other factors are just as important as class background is a convenient way to feel more virtuous than the stinky poors who have better things to worry about than pronouns. Some of them might even be white men who have an evil conservative opinion that they use to oppress you!

Even in confidential settings, it can be difficult to override a tendency to self censor if you're part of a group where dissent and doubt are not welcomed.

On top of that, reviewing how you feel about a permanent bodily change is absolutely nothing like reviewing a restaurant... it's not a simple, discrete experience that you can easily judge the good and bad aspects of with hindsight because it is something you live with 24/7.

Emotions are complex and people are shortsighted. When you feel good about something in the moment, it's easy to forget or downplay all the times you felt uncomfortable and awful about it + vice versa.

Hell, there's a good chance the results are skewed simply because the people responding to it were up to discussing the results when they responded to it, whereas people who were deep in regret and bad emotions likely didn't want to discuss the thing at all so didn't reply.
