It is more common than you might think. Homosexuality is illegal in Iran but the religious authorities and government there consider surgical and chemical alterations of gays and lesbians into crude facsimiles of straight couples an acceptable cure for gayness because of a fatwa issued by Ayatollah Khomeini in 1985. The government of Iran apparently even subsidizes the operations and as such is a popular alternative to Thailand for getting the surgeries done.

The thing about Thailand that's interesting is the ladyboy culture. They are effectively trans. But they never claim to be Women. In fact theres special beauty contests in SEA just for ladyboys.

Thats cause they are men pretending to be women, they fall under the HSTS category sorta. They still like their dicks and want to keep them, dont have mental illnesses and are most likely just fetishistic. The majority of attractive women I've known have had rather defined jawlines; while I'll agree with her on the fact that she's not particularly attractive, she doesn't look like a man, and I wouldn't mistake her for one even with the shitty haircut. If anything its the odd shape of her skull that's more off putting, seems a little too bulbous.

Thirty years ago was when the campaign for babies not to be placed on their stomachs for sleeping started. There are now less cot deaths, but a lot more people with misshapen heads because they spent too long sleeping on their backs when they were soft skulled infants. I'm expecting misshapen skulls to become more normal than normal ones as time goes on.

I think she's cute, but I like butches and she just looks like a butch girl to me. Hope she doesn't go for the testosterone and mastectomy and grows out of it.

eta: it's also very telling that she's self-conscious about her looks and thinks that if she's not pretty, she's failed as a woman and should therefore be a man. What's wrong with being an ugly woman? (Not that she is ugly, IMO, but she thinks she is). Work on other aspects of yourself like becoming physically fit, knowledgeable, caring, funny, skilled at your job, responsible, and whatever else you'd like to be. Even pretty women will get old one day and be considered ugly, so they need more than just looks too.

It's probably a misbaḥah. The Muslim equivalent of a rosary. Many religions use some form of prayer beads. All the Buddhist monks, for example, carry strings of beads. The beads are used to keep track of where a worshiper is up to during a prayer cycle.

I think she's cute in an androgynous sorta way. She's not a conventionally attractive woman, no, but who is lol that doesn't mean she can't be appealing while having her own look going on. You don't have to poon out, girl *sigh*

ETA I agree that most good-looking women have fairly chadly jawlines. That's a nice feature on both men and women.
