You forgot to mention that these pics are also well curated (with the second pic really giving off "feeling' cute, might delete later" vibes) and very likely filtered; betraying the real life horror show they are. Troons like this fail to realize that they're a walking powder keg in the best of times, and what this one did was just added nitro glycerin into the mix by having ffs.

I had a rotational hip flap done for phalloplasty, testicular implants and a meta with urethral hookup done over 5 years ago. Most of it I am very happy with, it is a bit off center which we have attempted multiple times to correct without success. The glans flattened requiring revision and so far is doing well. My left testicle is a bit too far under and I had a revision done to correct that but it is still not right. Overall I am very happy with the looks of everything. Hi everyone, I just got SRS a month ago. I traveled out of state and did everything by myself. Recovery's been a bitch but things are getting better!

For reference I am 21, 10M HRT by the day of surgery. I got a hybrid SRS. The main technique is PI but my surgeon extended the canal with parts of the peritoneum so there's more lubricant. At first there was so much discharge with a sweet-ish but also sour (when it's on fabric) smell and a bloody-yellowish color. But now discharge has decreased and it honestly smell like nothing/a bit like cum. No more blood on dilators and discharge.

As of now everything Is fine. I am mostly comfortable and starting to go back to my normal routine. I really like the shape of my vulva and is excited for what it's gonna finally look like. Dysphoria down there is completely gone and ppl also said that I look so much happy and am glowing. However, when I see others' recovery photos their vulva looked so much more healed, so I can't help but be concerned.

I can't really reach my surgeon (for some reason they stopped responding to my emails right after the surgery lmao but I know I can always call the office and am going back there soon). However, I think asking my questions here will be better since surgeons tend to sugarcoat things anyway.

Ok, here are my questions, please use the pics as reference:

  1. Does anyone have that big of a pubic mound and have the labia majora sticking out so far from the skin? I feel like this is due to swelling but I saw others' 1M post op pics and they were not that big.Is my right labia majora like much shorter than the left one? I feel like they should meet at the end but they don't.I think
  2. I only have one labia minora. When I move the right labia major to the side I still don't see the other one. Im not sure if this is a big issue or not. I know cis women get a labiaplasty to make their labia minor smaller so that it stays enclosed so maybe this is a good thing aesthetically? I can't even worry about the fourchette when I only have one labia minora lol.
  3. Does my clit look off? I know there's swelling but like it keeps getting this black scab around it. Right after surgery there was this whole black scab covering it and it fell off around week 3. But now there are scabs building over it again. it got so itchy 2 nights ago I actually picked off the scab, which now I thought about is a dumb thing to do because it might have damaged the clit and made it looks kinda off (the bottom part looks like a bunch of fish eggs. At least this mean sensation is fine tho cuz it's super sensitive there.
  4. How long does the exudate between the clit and the urethra last? It caused a fishy smell at first but not anymore. It might have been because I started eating yogurt and use a feminine wash down there, but the exudate is still there.
  5. Is that granulation around the top of my vaginal canal?
  6. Should I worry about moving up on dilators? Im using the smallest purple and I can reach the 4th dot. I was using the orange for a week but then felt like it did not let me reach as deep so I went back to purple and now the orange don't seem to fit anymore so im worried. I know that depth comes first but I see people moving to the green and blue and that is crazyyy. Also, how many inches is 4 dots, my doctor said he got me 5.5-6 inches I think but just checking again.AMA but as a disclaimer my answer will be tailored towards keeping my anonymity ^^

There really should be some psychological studies done on the power of self-delusion in trannies, especially around surgery results. Or maybe the nature of group delusion, focused around online spaces (where most tranny stuff comes from). These surgeons are something else. People call us transphobic bigots but we are nothing compared to the butchers chopping them up and ghosting them when the literal hack jobs start to burst at the seams and fall apart. I'm genuinely beginning to believe they learned surgery from YouTube tutorials

I go shooting with the local Vet (veterinarian) and I showed him some of those pics where they burst, he was appalled he said if he treated a horse or a dog like that he'd be prosecuted.
He said it looks like they're pulling the skin too tight, not putting enough stitches in, and being careless as fuck and not stiching the layers of tissue from the inside working up, but just rushing it and putting in big sloppy stitches without any care for the patient or doing a good job.
He said in any other field of medicine you would get dragged for ethics review for that sort of shit.
I told him this was the sort of thing the surgeons will tell them is nothing to worry about and he was actually fucking angry with them and I think I pretty much peaked the town Vet lol.
These butchers are fucking pure sociopaths. We just laugh at the faggots and shitpost, these fuckers are doing serious medical harm and then to ghost a patient or lie to them and say that shit is ok is evil as fuck.

Holy shit it looks like the surgeon let a pitbull have a go at him as a joke. How badly are they zonked out on opioids that they have multiple necrotic deep lacerations and they're just now thinking "hmm, maybe something is wrong, maybe I should ask Reddit if I should go to the ER." You know what, nah, don't go just slap an antibiotic ointment on the outside of the gaping wound it'll be fine. It's not like sepsis is known for killing people extremely quickly or anything.
