Respectfully disagree. Divinity's most recent spurge on Megan matters for Rekieta for a few reasons.

First, she's a former orbiter of Rekieta who has turned against him seemingly. There's plenty of interest on that subject in this thread. Second, she's been on his streams several times. Third, she is the one who released Faran's DM's to Nova re Rekieta's infamous sex dungeon. Lastly, Megan is coming on Nick's stream next week according to him.

Burkhart's the only lawtuber I'm currently subscribed to. She does a great job.

It helps that she doesn't generally stream, and only makes about one show a week, so she isn't attempting to grind out drivel for the content mill.

She's also an actual practicing lawyer, so that's always nice to see.

Today's stream numbers are something strange. His YT ccv hit 3000 with her on, which is understandable. She's a good guest and the topic is 'interesting' (the guy who murdered 4 ppl in Idaho). That's 1k extra from his current dropping best. However as soon as he goes to ad read and super chats (the shitty alibaba chainsaw is back btw), it dropped to 2200ish. Then when he switched rumble peaked at 6600. Which I think is even LESS than his current usual peak of nearing 10k.

Supposing we believe that rumble numbers aren't being fucked with, what's the deal here? Rumble audience hates women guests? Rumble audience doesn't care about a murder trial? They'd rather watch a coom show? What a head scratcher for me.

*There's a secondary meaning to the fuck word. It's the radical for grass （草） which sounds like fuck （肏）. Grass is green, and the radical is called "grass top". so you could make the joke that someone is wearing a (green) grass hat (带绿帽子) which means that someone got cuckholded.

Do people usually analyze characters like this? Nope. But it is funny and something well read people do to mess with people.

That's weird considering his stream last night was featured. Looking at his channel, it also looks like the first part of the stream was duplicated which could have led to the weirdness you're seeing in the view count.

I don't keep tabs on Nick's view counts, but is less than 50K views the morning after a stream normal for him and then it climbs up over the next day or was this an under performing stream?

Andrea is sharp and definitely worth a listening to. She seems to be not as politically correct as Emily D Baker, and I think a collab between her and Sean (potentially criminal) would be worthwhile.

- Nick is proud of not knowing anything about the popular cases people care about. He has the training to understand and follow law, but he only likes to do it when it is interesting, entertaining, or has a novel argument.

More proof he does not want to be a real lawyer.

- He will cover the SCOTUS ruling on university admission soon. He thinks it will change how it will work.

They totally won't just have a shadow agenda like American HR hiring practices.

- Meffistoe (a streamer) was first and he REALLY wants to watch American Beauty with Nick and X-Ray Girl from FNT. He will drop his schedule to have Nick on when he can. They both love the film. He might

- Zanderzrantz was on. He has a problem being a jack-of-all-trades and master of none with his education and job (some kind of animation or editing). Nick identifies, but he can learn quickly and it has used for him. He is too blunt with advice becuase he has learning disabilities. Nick ranted about how he hates getting and taking advice, and he has to convince himself it was his own idea to take it.

Nick's advice was to just try something and find someone who can help translate him to others. His other advice was join Toastmasters to improve his speaking ability. He does bot think that having the Babylon Bee and Daily Wire on his CV will hurt his job prospects in trying to do something indie.

- SuperV94 wants Nick's advice on starting a channel where she does make-up and talks law. She wants to know if Nick thinks it is a good idea. Nick said new things that entertaining can be a thing if they are fun to watch. She got interested by watching Law and Order and she is going to school to be a make-up artist, that is where she got the idea while talking to JessicaReloaded who encouraged her. Nick said she just needs to basically build a parasocial connection to her audience and follow what they saw they like. He cautioned that her free time would be totallt absorbed by the attempt for a while.

- SadLadChad is a self-described fat who called in next and he likes Camelot and Drex more.He wants to be a streamer, but he is a corrections officer in an immigration holding facility and makes too many racist jokes. He used his spot as self-promotion.

- TexasRed512 is an old fan that brought up something for Nick to cover about the NY carbon ban on food service. He wanted advice from Nick on if this will affect his plan to oprn a BBQ catering business

- Popets was next and sounds like a central European/Asian programmer (I HAS BEEN DOXXED!) He bitched about a job where he had Indian programmers muck it up. He built a custom PC desk. He made racist jokes.

- Wolfgangdayo they talked about old channel lore and made jokes back and forth. Nick is encouraging his daughter who thinks the Earth is flat.

- Connor was next. He had a question about 14th Ammedment that Nock debunked in 20 seconds

- Grifty wanted to ask where it was best to start a media channel. He also appreciates Nick overhearing about the issues woth streaming. Nick pontificate on this for a while.Faran and Divinity drama came up and Grifty was on Farans side. Nick said he didn't take a side beucase he isn't a clip channel and doesn't DMCA even when he thinks clip channels are not transformative, as a general rule.

- PlebianChaos (a copper) from thr Rittemhoise days. He says he has learned a lot about being one from watching Nick and tries to be better in his job. They talked cop/lawyer perspective. Nothing terribly interesting to me.

- Nick will try to do another call-in when Drexel is in town

Everything must be going splendidly behind the scenes for him to be this overreactive. He's even graduated to projecting his folly with his own audience onto the Vtuber audience dynamic. Most of his rants are projection. He himself in his entirety is a projection built off of narcissistic grandeur and other emotional insufficiency and coping mechanisms. His parasocial audience, which is totally neutral and not at all whingey, is clearly not comparable because he's a "free man". However, the love is now lost between him and his followers, so he's raging jealously at other people's audiences looking for new sources for his problems and to offer fixes to nonexistent issues. He's really struggling with the acceptance phase of his current arc. I could sympathize and offer advice, but I don't give a shit.

He's been averaging around 80-100k next day views. His numbers on rumble get very weird when he does 'old nick' content. Even youtube reacts poorly to guests. On yt he pulled in $112 and on rumble at 12:52am central he pulled in $85. Still haven't debugged it but it's probably something simple and stupid. It's very likely he got more on rumble than youtube.

Good Lawgic is now pulling in twice the amount of superchats and almost twice the chat count as Nick. I know Nick poo-poos over chat count but that really shows the health of a channel. iirc 135/week is a rather normal figure for him. That indicates total stagnation.

So, if we combine my observations and his YT comments, it seems that it's YT algorithm that is doing the work but his performance this stream is so shit that he didn't make enough conversions to subs and they all bail out as soon as they sense the YT side of the show ends.

Now this is even more strange. Because a 137k sub channel on Rumble with 100k views is fucking INSANE. From what I know, all videos on YT, whether live or short form, averages to 10% of the sub count. Lower and it's not healthy, higher means it is. If rumble is promoting him and putting him on front page, that would explain it...but why is his sub only 130k then?! Tons of people get funneled to him by rumble but he couldn't get them to hit sub?

Instead, I suspect there is something highly fishy with the way rumble counts views. In fact, if you check his short form videos ...

it's more believable. His views on short videos is less than 10% of his subs (not healthy), his live views is 10-20x than his short views but the likes is only 4x. Again, afaik, views tend to be 10% of subs, and likes tend to be 10% of views and their ratio tends to be 'stable' (100 sub: 10 views: 1 like) but all his stats here are JANKY.

I think only the rumble rants can be trusted because it directly involves money.
