In fairness, they can literally tell when people are asleep, if they even care all that much about doing it when people are asleep in the first place. I could definitely see sam just triumphantly marching in there in broad daylight just to fuck with them.

I don't care if they can or can't tell if people are asleep. I am saying if you go in and take someone's toilet paper, they are going to know something is up. The reason Big Brother and Survivor and all that shit works is because the participants are expectant of gives and takes. A prank however works only on the condition that the person being pranked doesn't know about it. Once that wall is broken, the pranks don't have the same effect, especially not one that is desired.

If Sam didn't want people finding the house he wouldn't have showed it. Idk if anyone has found the exact house yet but I'm sure someone will soon enough. Assuming the house used in the promos is the actual house and not just a decoy. I'm sure they expect people to find it and have factored it in.

Big reality shows have had problems with people finding the filming locations, even when they're filmed on isolated sets. I remember one season of Big Brother where someone hired a Sky Banner to fly over the backyard of the house with a message for one of the contestants.
 
My guess is it will start cringe and boring with everyone fresh and autistic but after being isolated for a week will make them eventually explode and it gets really fun. Show shuts down under 2 weeks.
