Wouldnt you need some sort of police reports or court bullshit to get a restraining order? Maybe its only some states but I thought having some sort of history/proof of harassment and abuse was a requirement?

Beyond very basic "what do we need at the grocery store today" or "What do you want from Doordash?" I can't imagine they socialize at all. It's not Phil that she doesn't want to embarrass, it's herself. I don't think it's a stretch to say she looks back at being with Phil and is ashamed in her taste in men/willingly living the hermit lifestyle with him. Plus, it's not like the detractor community was exactly on her side, I'm not exactly surprised that "the bitch who could never shut up about anything for attention" isn't coming on her to be pals with us and share funny stories about her crappy lifestyle and poor taste in men.
And that isn't me trying to white knight for Leanna, because, I agree with your assessment. Really, her biggest strength is she isn't khet, so she looks much better by comparison. And she had a few times where she showed up on stream and made Phil look like a bitch. She's definitely doing better without Phil, that's for sure, and I'll even give the faintest of props for finally leaving him, but based on the tidbits people have shared from her social media, she's still roughly the same person. Just a little more independent.
I think if the podcast showed anything, it's that Phil is too stupid to even think to pay someone hush money because he truly believes that he's some great liar and manipulator. I'm sure in his mind, if Leanna ever comes out and says anything, he'll "debunk" it just like he did during the interview.

Protective orders (especially emergency protective orders) have an extremely low bar. Basically you just say you’re scared and the court takes your word for it.
