8. They claim persecution from anything possible. Increasingly labelling things as transphobic and running from them or trying to have them shut down. There was even a post in this thread from Reddit "It's even possible to be trans and transphobic."

10. Denial - The remaining 8% pretend to ignore the mass self-unaliving, and probably blame everyone else for not saving them.

This is sad/MATI. My father-in-law is slipping into dementia. He asked my husband and myself how we met the last time we saw him. We met when my husband was working in the cubicle next to my FIL. He remembered that as soon as we reminded him. I know I'm far from the only Kiwi to have to watch a loved one slowly forget who the people they love are.

It's heartbreaking and infuriating, and terrifying for the children because you spend decades wondering if it's going to happen to you or your spouse. Not a fate I wish on anyone, even our cows (except I would still laugh at them).
