In near future they will be four treads:

How do you exactly determine and implement an ethnostate anyway? Whats the genetic percentage cutoff? Whats the geographical area you want covered? And how do you set up the logistics of DNA testing people so they can apply for this new ethnostate? And wouldn't such a population not actually become "ubermench" but eventually start to express the negative genetic traits over generations due to excessive inbreeding?

Hypothetically if I was a crazy scientist who had godlike powers who wanted to create some theoretical "super race" I'd probably have part East Asian part Slavic part Nordic.

All of this fits various "max stats" in biological gaming terms.

High Average IQ
Good anatomical proportions
Neoteny (Paler skin, Juvenile facial features)
Decent chance of hair and eye color mutations

They should just divide the country in two, with the Carpathians being the border. North West Romania is a totally different animal to south; people even look different there (women are much hotter in the south, north are like discount hungarians/germans).
Somewhere in Tulca they can set up gyppo kingdom and build a wall around it.
