Yeah you’re right, there’s also so much of Penny and Kevin‘s property there (lol remember when kevin said he was going to be on the treadmill every day). I honestly think that Penny and co left the place in a state beforehand. I mentioned buying the tranch (just for a laugh) to Mrs Vesperus a while back, and she pointed out that even if you bought it for $1, you'd probably owe $25k in back taxes (you think they paid them?) for a fucking moonscape with a potential superfund site in the middle.

A more sensible idea would be to fund $10k for a full site survey (with photos, chemical and structural analysis and ground-scanning radar) as a "potential buyer" and publish it here.

Then let some other poor bastard buy it for $1.

I'm in for $500 if we want to do that.

The Nissan Leaf being all smashed up and the logs/ashes present in the living room made me think this was vandalism by the "squatters", but thinking about it more... It's true that the Tranchers could have destroyed the Leaf as revenge against Bonnie. And maybe the logs/ashes weren't for burning down the house - that could have been the Trancher's ghetto way of fueling the wood stove. [Remember that their big propane tank was repo'd months ago, so they probably started relying on the wood stove more.] What a horribly messy way to live!

You need to consider that the Tranchers are lying to you, and that THEY are the ones who wrecked your house and smashed the Leaf. You NEED to immediately record videos and take a bunch of photos of all the damage - this will be crucial evidence for when you take them to court. You also need to call the cops and lawyer up TODAY.
