A lot of what transpired over the past month I believe in retrospect to have been GWACS exploiting existing controversies and stoking the flames. I know they monitored forums because some of it had been sent to the judge. Several new accounts in various locations were the most vocal. Their president had been trolling my social media for some time before I made the connection that “Jack the Aviator” was him. Trial was scheduled for 3-20-23. Having us all at each others throats and revenue streams reduced to be less capable of mounting a defense would have certainly benefited them. The background stress of the suit played a role in everyone’s temperaments over the past several weeks.

Things have died down significantly since the dispositive ruling last Thursday. While KE Arms itself is still in the case with reduced claims, I am personally glad to finally have a clear path forward after 3 years with all claims against myself and my LLC dismissed.

I cannot possibly address 50+ pages of comments here. My intent is to get back to doing productive things in business and content creation and focus on my own health without this cloud hanging over me.

If you were on the discord you should note I dropped that subject when others explained who he was collaborating with.

As to my virulence. As I said earlier the looming trial and financial strain coming from it effected everyone’s temperaments. Myself included.
