I was thinking about that Chins said the landlords will be getting new carpet anyway. Is that true? I thought when they moved in, it was new carpeting. Maybe its different in Canada but unless the carpet is old or totally destroyed or damaged, most landlords I've seen just have it cleaned for the next tenant. They've lived there 2 years I think. My point is, Chins is acting like its totally normal for the landlord to have to do major repairs for a 2 year "wear and tear" Seems sus to me

Not sure province to province exactly but usually they replace every 10 years or so depending on region. They can’t charge for reasonable wear and tear but obvious damage and neglect will be a charge. I suspect James is getting a hefty repair/ cleaning bill added to his whopping chins debt. If the rental company is aware of her channel they might have a pretty good case for damages but it’s really trying to get blood from a rock. He’s running off to hide and she’s planning to ditch her phone and leave the country. One can always hope the cleaners make a walk through video to try and recoup some expenses. 😂

Potential reasons:
- Both are exhausted from the insanity of the other day
- FFG is ill with her ear infection, Chantal is stewing in her shit or preparing to move
- Chantal has tracked FFG down, sat on her & suffocated her. rip.
- Some spastic early stage legal action has been sent to FFG's email and she's playing it safe.

All we were privy to were flashes of cats climbing around her for attention or treats—we never knew what kind of neglect they suffered off-camera. “You don’t know what goes on behind the scenes.” Well, now we know.

You dumped food on the floor, forced them to use filthy litterboxes (finally resorting to just going anywhere because cats don’t like filth), and heaven only knows if they went thirsty or hungry for long periods of time. Out of sight, out of mind.

For FFG at least, @Chilli Soup is right. She has an ear infection and was feeling pretty shitty in the Thursday night stream. She wasn't even reading chat because her head was bothering her so much.
