If your luggage is lost or stolen you usually fill out a form and are reimbursed for the cost. The dollar value of the contents are rarely enough for it to be an offense worth putting manpower into investigating. Most people don’t want someone else’s random clothing and toiletries so domestic flights aren’t super well guarded.

When he first joined the military a few months back I was mixed on if it would go this way or their PR asset would be held back. Now I'm pretty convinced they're going to pull him back. So here's a question, and I apologize if it's already been asked: How did Brinton know the luggage he was stealing would contain fancy lady clothes for him to play dress-up in? It seems unlikely that he was just scoping out girly-looking bags, the security footage released to the media shows one of the stolen items to be a nondescript forest green rolling suitcase.

He seems to have hit the motherlode with this Tanzanian fashion designer, which makes me wonder if he somehow targeted her specifically. He had to have realized these were custom-made pieces that the owner would miss.

I've heard reported that he specifically went after brand name women's luggage. And you know he's been doing this a while but it's nice to have photographic proof of one off clothing that really can't be disputed. What's the chances Biden pardons him if he gets convicted federally?

This isn't a Celtic languages thing. Lots of languages that share (most of) an alphabet have different letter pronunciations. It's probably why the French recoil in disgust when lazy English speakers make a dogs dinner of French pronunciations.

Even within the Anglosphere we pronounce letters differently to each other.

They just call it Irish. I’ve seen some of them get annoyed if you call it Gaelic, even though Irish language in Irish is ‘Gaeilge’ of which Gaelic is clearly derivative. Why the fuck it bothers them I’ve no idea but then they’ve never needed a reason to twist about how oppressed they are.

You'd be surprised. Toiletries are thrown out (unless they're in an unopened package), but the rest of the unclaimed items are usually sold at a specialty store.

I wonder if more and more women are starting to realize just how much of a threat the troon menace is to every female-centric institution that they built and fought for, and are becoming more defensive? I’m cautiously optimistic that troons are becoming an increasingly self-defeating force- one that manages to dramatically increase the number of delusion-affirmers being converted into lifelong TERFs just by opening their stubble-ridden mouths.

It’ll be fun to watch states like CA spit in the very faces of the women that they claim to champion by flatly refusing to enact something similar to this, and then strike back with their own iterations that contain the most clownishly false definitions of what a woman is (definitions sure to be steeped in the very caricatures and stereotypes they claim to hate). We know that women tend to vote heavily democrat- aka the party that’s gone all-in on the troon madness while claiming it’d be abominable to renege. Will this be the catalyst that starts pulling women away? Will the effective destruction and devaluation of their unique identity resonate as profane? Will they be more concerned about how the world their daughter’s will inherit will view and protect them?

Or will they just swallow the lies and continue their virtue-signaling wine aunt bullshit? If so, they deserve everything they get.

I've had airlines lose luggage a few times and have always received my bags back within two weeks of the claim being filed. With current tracking technology it's pretty easy to tell where in the itinerary things fucked up. If the tracker shows that the luggage made it to the correct carousel and still disappeared, the airlines turn the case over to local law enforcement to pull security footage and take it from there.

I guess local PDs just couldn't identify him from security footage, it's easy to forget that he's only been a national figure for a year and his final bust stemmed from being super recognizable and wearing a t-shirt with the logo of an organization he's affiliated with. I agree that he's probably done this plenty of times, he got sloppy, and more incidents will come out soon.

Sorry friend, as a long time aviation worker - this is not correct. If luggage goes missing, from the carousel, with or without an air tag or tracking device, the airline does not call authorities. You’re very lucky you’ve always had your luggage returned within two weeks. thousands of bags are lost to the nether per day.
