I'd say this is probably how the troons want to be depicted. If the Sims added trans Sims that pass as the opposite gender they'd be indistinguishable from cis Sims in-game, probably leading the trooniverse to accuse EA of "trans erasure" or something.

It's not Stunning and Brave to use the womens' restroom when everyone thinks you're a woman too. A study was posted either in this thread or the srs thread where they studied kids who were put on hrt, or a combo of puberty blockers followed by hrt, and compared them to expected heights based on family members.

They basically concluded (insofar as they could, more like "inferred" might be more accurate) that height is almost entirely determined by genetics. The FtM were just as short as they wouldve expected without testosterone, and the MtF ended up just as tall as they wouldve expected without estrogen. The only difference is when the growth spurt happened, FtM grew earlier than cohort and the MtF grew later than cohort.
