Back on the topic of Drex, I found his very first appearance on Nick's stream from October 2018, and he brings up that he just went to Sanctuary (bondage/swinger club) in Portland. In a later stream when he mentions this place, he says it happened near the start of his relationship with this girl who was his sub, so it's looking like they probably started hooking up sometime in 2018. In this stream, he pretends like they didn't know what Sanctuary was when they showed up, and that he went there with 3 female friends. If anyone has time, I'd suggest watching the whole thing, it looks like Drex launches into talking about "the lifestyle" pretty early on in the show.

Just reading about this interview has me borderline MATI. I am so flabbergasted by the way he's jokingly asking questions about what is easily the worst day in Kyle's life. How can you be so tone deaf?
 
Kyle gets off the show and Nick immediately dives into the coping. He starts off about how he never watched any of the previous interviews. It's called show prep. Then he goes into how Kyle couldn't answer many of the questions he wanted to ask.. So why ask them when it could only make him look bad?

Just search for "lifestyle" on any video with Drex and you will see the topic come up FREQUENTLY. Same with "swinger" "gang bang" and "mother daughter". I had the best luck finding mentions of this girl by looking for "my sub", "the sub", "submissive", "portland", "my girl", and "her mom". The last two terms, make sure you listen for context as sometimes he brings up his own daughter and her mom, which isn't relevant.

Another video someone who has time might want to watch all the way through is this one with Null. CC is not available on this video so I can't search the transcript, but I see a couple comments about FinDom in the comment section so I believe the topic had to have come up.

Mistake of age is not a defense in Texas.
Edit: I think it should be because of how common fake IDs are (at least when I backfilled for EMS in a college town). Obviously a 17 year old with a 21 ID is different than say, a 4 year old with an 18 year old ID.
It'll unfortunately end up like self defense where it gets a bad rap because the majority of people using that defense were, in fact, not legitimately mistaken.
