UPDATE:
1. It's a girl, not a guy. She was handcuffed in the car for doing nothing.
2. She lost teeth and had multiple broken bones.
3. Massive lawsuit.
4. All cops charged criminally.

Pretty sure I've seen them do similar stuff with other large vehicles a lot as well, such as buses.

Unless I'm mistaken, a lot of videos of people getting electrocuted (especially by touching power lines as they're on top of vehicles, funnily enough) seem to come from pajeets as well.
