Or just accept the fact that people lie and grift all the time about everything, for money or for other advantage, and if someone is saying shit your eyes can tell is bullshit, you should reject it and reject them as bullshit too. For instance, if a hulking obviously male ogre is telling you he's a woman, that should be disregarded as lies, delusion, or outright psychosis.
