She has made a name for herself on the East Coast and would have a lot of competition in California.
California is the first "sanctuary state" to put kids on the path to sterility, but probably not the last.
All she needs is a state not likely to pass laws against cutting breasts off of 13 year olds.
Is there an early way to find out, like seeing where she applies for any needed licences?

The COVID amnesty essay in the Atlantic will be followed soon by a transgender amnesty essay wherein the left says they didn't know what was coming. Tens of thousands of young women, their bodies ruined, will face despair every time they see themselves in the shower.
We all know trans is a lie. Scientific American, the AMA, the pediatricians, none of them have even a fig leaf of an excuse. They will come to us for a do-over, but for the victims of their demonic barbarity, there will be no do-over and we will all be able to see that.
Everyone will have 3 degrees or less of separation from a young woman who cries every day for their lost femininity. We won't be able to console them because for the mutilated and poisoned, there will be no road back to normalcy.
And the progs will ask for forgiveness.
It will never come.
There is no way to cross that chasm to find forgiveness for the people who knowingly turned the last 50 years of my daughter's life into a living nightmare.
I have suffered and forgiven much in my life, but this is an unbridgeable abyss.
We watch the school board meetings where parents go nonlinear over the LGBT pornography and grooming being peddled to their children. That rage is but a zephyr breeze compared to the CAT 5 hurricane of pure hate that is forming now.
We'd be able to let it go and not confront the Mengeles who did this to our children, but it will be their whining for "amnesty" that will release the storm.
Just look at the threads responding with righteous fury to the Atlantic essay. It was a provocation to the victims.
Pick any analogy you like - a hurricane, a volcano, an earthquake - all represent monumental build ups of potential energy that gets released all at once.
The trigger will be the AMA or pediatricians claiming they only now figured out transing kids was a mistake.
The press, of course, will never apologize for their complicity. The academics who have peddled their sexual Lysenkoism won't, either. Filled with delusions of righteousness, they both lack even kernels of self-awareness or empathy.
The storm is coming. It is too terrible for memes or jokes.
The day is coming when the maimed and poisoned young woman will crumple in the shower and sob for what was lost.
And it will happen every single day after that until she dies.
And outside of the shower, perhaps in the same house, perhaps in earshot of her wailing, will be her father. He will know who did this to her. He will know that they knew this was coming all along.
This will be played out in tens of thousands of lives across the country.
The storm is coming. An irresistible, hideous and terrible storm.

Yes, I noticed that. What’s the significance? That there’s no financial value in going after her, because the best possible outcome is personal bankruptcy / seizure of her personal assets?
She uses facilities, doesn’t she? (As in, not all of her surgical environments are fully owned by her; I think she worked within a hospital?) Is there a reason those supporting orgs could not be pursued?
I’m unclear why the personal bankruptcy wouldn’t be a good start (it would presumably pull in enough to at least cover legal costs and I can’t see how it couldn’t stop her practising).
