I guess it’s likely he developed the cancer from the testosterone he was taking. As far as I understand the topic, excess adipose tissue can cause elevated levels of estrogen in men. Boogie could have avoided the drugs by simply exercising. Lose weight and stimulate natural testosterone production. I guess it’s hard to make money as an autistic landwhale on YouTube if you take care of your health..
 
I actually don't believe it until I see him dying like a big turd on a hospital bed with a lot of tubes everywhere and a nurse on his side looking bored and disgusted. A long, smelly fart and he's gone. Thanks cancer, in case you exist. (Which I doubt).
 
Even for surgery you have to lose weight for 6 months, meal plans included (and this is for someone less obese than Boogie)

There's no way he'll make the effort and just eat more foods that add to the cancer like steak.

When has Boogie ever successfully listened to a doctor's advice? The only evidence you need that won't be happening is a current photograph - with his track record of looking after his health he might actually invent double-cancer.
