Weird. Most people understand that the whole fucking point of putting people in prison is to deprive them of some of their basic human rights. Funny how these assholes don't seem to care about any human rights his victim(s) might have been denied by his actions.

Besides, in this case it's a simple numbers game. Put him in men's prison, and it puts him (supposedly) at risk. Put him in women's prison, and it puts all the other inmates at risk. Sorry homie, you're bunking with your fellow dick swingers.
 
I'm not sure how jail works but shouldn't he have enough money to bail himself out? Why did he have to stay?


Edit - nvm. I just watched the bond hearing video. It looks like he's going to contact a bondsman for a $2,000 bond.

Apperantly this person was in solitary confinement. And wouldn't be surprised that if he had been places in a woman's prison instead of bailing out, he'd also be in solitary confinement there.

You have to have the full bail in cash on hand at the time of arrest in Florida to bail yourself out
