PL, but I had the misfortune of being in a pretty bad wreck last summer. My insurance required pics of both vehicles to determine fault and the initial damage assessment. They definitely don't send an insurance adjuster out to you anymore. You take photos with your phone and either email them or upload them straight into your insurance company's app.'They (the insurance company) just this week got pictures of the car finally"
Ignoring the poor syntax, wouldn't it have been up to Pissa to get the photos in to her insurance? That's usually done online these days anyway.
Has she talked about what happened during the "wreak"? The fact that she hasn't sent the photos to her insurance just tells me 1) the wreck was definitely her fault, 2) it's possible there was no other driver involved. Maybe she hit a concrete pillar or something? I can't imagine dragging my feet over anything involving restoring the most expensive thing I own, which I also need to get to work and make a living? I definitely wouldn't be sitting twiddling my thumbs while the other driver (at-fault or not) involved in the wreck waited 3 months to send pics to her insurance.
