Last time I had interesting tools to share was a couple cute little dykes. Staying on-theme with small stuff, I give you the smallest screwdriver I've ever seen that was definitely intended to be used:

For reasons that don't need explaining I am having to go through about five of some dead guy's toolboxes. I've got a box of no less than several dozen "Pökënbïttën" (Tr: pokey bit) of all shapes, sizes, and materials. Probably hundreds of different pins as well. I thought this was one of those until I noticed the knurling. Then I noticed the perfectly flat and centered head for the screw. How neat is that?!
