I think it really depends on the jurisdiction. Florida has a pretty loose tortious interference cause of action based on the Restatement 2d Torts. With a good lawyer, I can definitely see a complaint getting past the motion to dismiss stage, but I don't think he could come close to winning.

He would need to sufficiently argue Keffals induced a breach of contract to get to trial, but substantial certainty of breach is all that's required to get past the motion to dismiss stage. And Keffals is retarded enough that he tweeted multiple times about his certainty that his actions will get CF to drop the contract. I think the harder legal issue is whether Josh's contract with CF allows CF to break the contract for whatever reason. That goes directly to whether there was, in fact, a breach. There are probably better (but unproven) legal strategies arising out of contract law going directly at CF than a TI claim against Keffals. It would be funny though.
