The word "dick" feels like a more teenager/young thing to say. Like casual. Attractive young men have "dicks". Think BTS and Harry Styles, etc.
The word "cock" feels like what you would call a penis on a masculine 30+ man. The word gives off an intimidating/negative feel. Often used in porn so a likely a negative association for woman who have been treated badly by men or if they don't like porn. I would personally never use this word.
