My bet is that it's a civil marriage, arranged in a place that resembles a church (hence the symbols on the walls) but is not affiliated with any cult.
Those kind of buildings are usually available to people who aren't religious, but still want the majesty of a church for the wedding (some people skip even the most majestic civil funeral houses in favor of the church-like things, maybe because they've grown up in a religious setting and it's still ingrained in them).
The stupid thing here is the plethora of symbols on the walls: I really don't know what that should mean. Maybe it's to rub it in the face of church-goers, like you said.

For reference, here is a pic of Chris’s glasses. His eyesight isn’t actually that bad. The reason he had the pedo glasses for so long was because they were the cheapest available, could be bought with some kind of tugboat money iirc, and could stand up to bouts of tard rage. Note that the image inside the lens only appears shifted a little bit.

If he gives that little of af about what Keffals has been up to, enough to hitch his wagon to it despite having no actual genuine axe to grind with Mango Reich, then I can imagine there will be plenty of things he’s been up to.

However, he’s a bit better at security, IT and general intelligence than Keffals, so will have hidden it better.. he’s older than Keffals though, which means more time to act on his filthy urges.
