Not a kiwi oldfag of course, but personally, i stopped being shocked a long time ago. After the una-clit and him being psychologically manipulated and extorted into believing he is now a godjesusess of the video game world the fact that a walking fungal infection concinced him to fuck his mom seemed par for the course, honestly probably isn't as bad as the homeless saga proper. Though the fact that he turned down a 17 year old that was actually into him for raping Barb legitimately came out of left field for me.

Rape and beating aside, I should think this will go one of two ways;

Chris will struggle at first, but will as I said before, find prison routine suited to his autistic brain. Provided he learns not to bother other inmates or burble about his comics and being Jesus or whatever, he will actually get through his time uneventfully.

Chris will not cope, the environment, lack of sympathy and coddling from inmates and guards cause him to act out, having regular tard rages, refusing to clean himself, so he ends up in long stints in segregation or solitary.
His fantasy world becomes far worse, and he leaves prison broken and totally delusional, probably with some serious mental issues.

I love how this thread has become another "Chris life in prison speculation" thread. Just because he's looking at felony charges doesn't guarantee that Chris will go to prison. As it's been speculated before the most likely outcome will be a 2~3 suspended sentence with probation and possible low tier sor registry.

They may just want the felony because it would make it possible to cut a plea deal that couldn't be made in J&DR. Or as a last ditch attempt to force a plea deal at all.

I personally believe that he will get only a few years for this, but once he has been in prison, he will end up going back.

He'll be in prison once he gets outs. Ostracized by anyone, who knows what he's done. I'm sure weens will make sure of that. No more cons for Chris unless they involve sex offenders.

They often do, but even the people organizing the events draw the line at ones that have been officially charged with an offense or formally registered as they want to avoid further negative publicity.

I'm sure plenty of sex offenders go to cons, because the con doesn't do extensive background checks on every fucking person who shows up. They probably just ban *well-known* sex offenders.

I agree, but Chris will be well known enough to be recognized and refused entry.

Especially at any Pony or Pokémon cons because children may have gone with their grandmothers.

^This. Chris ran out the clock in J&DR and basically forced the prosecution to wobble him back up to felony charges. I mean what else could they do? It's not like they're going to just cut the motherfucker loose because he wasted their time for a year.

More like they want to avoid the potential liability. The insurance fees for conventions are high enough already. Also if Chris were to do something at a con and it came out that the organizers knew about him in advance but let him in anyways, they'd be utterly fucked.

Do they have any real evidence beyond Chris Chan's claims? Because he has been unreliable before. Claimed to have kissed girls who he hasn't kissed and so on. Is barb witnessing against Chris?
