I don't think Rick's call came from the shotspotter. On the police logs site they give the "Nature of Call", and it seems like calls that come because of the shotspotter are listed that way. Pat's "Nature of Call" was listed as "shooting". Also, considering the fact that some rascal just magically happened to be perusing the call logs the exact same time as the incident... I'm leaning towards swatting.

You could certainly be right about it being a swatting. But the Milwaukee PD call log was found many hours after the actual incident. Piggy was having a very quiet couple of days on twitter and when that happens people start to check the PD logs and Wisconsin court records to see if a happening is afoot.

The audio is a result of that call and was recorded by one of Pat's neighbors. It sounds like a swatting but we have no official confirmation of that yet. Pat loves acting the victim on twitter and he's said nothing about this incident.
