From what I've read, lurked, and noted of his behavior I don't think he's learned a damn thing and will never learn a damn thing. He could somehow get arrested for some crime and see it as "winning" somehow, despite a prison sentence being a giant L.

I can't even consider this a win for him. The pull rate for Radiant Charizard (if not all of GO's Radiant Pokemon) is unusually high compared to Astral Radiance's pull rates and the pull rates for GO in general are all over place, so much so I'm hearing reports of people pulling an unusually high amount of Ultra-Rares from their products (I pulled 5 from an ETB and one of them was a Radiant Charizard) and even one person that pulled multiple Mewtwo V Alt Arts from the packs in an Elite Trainer Box that they had bought.

Oh, and judging by this Tweet he posted that $100 he spent was probably on tins, the ones that have GO packs in 'em tend to retail for $19.99 before taxes.

Considering all PL consumes is content involving Red and Leaf, the image of the 2 are likely seared into wrinkles of his brain. Easy to reproduce, thus not saying very much in the regard of him drawing well.
Not that it's difficult to just reproduce an image using a reference anyway.

Sidenote: I might feel bad for PL if he wasn't such a shitheel. There's something about his little tantrums and fits in the vp server and his "I win! I WIN I WIN I WIN!" fingers in ears copings that I find equal parts entertaining and grating.

About a week ago, one of the people on the server who would spam MMD porn at PL became very mad PL didn't leave, and asked the admin for PL to be banned. PL was put in a containment channel instead. Since then Hoodlum has spent hours every single day trolling PL with even more porn, sending him notifications over and over, and getting into arguments with him about who is actually winning. PL has become very boring, so it is now more interesting watching his weens try and failing to get him to do something funny. One thing I find weird is Hoodlum has been telling PL that his "top 5" waifus are sexier than Leaf, but refuses to tell PL any of their names, and is now only telling people their names over DMs so PL can't find out. I think this one is Yukari Takeba from Megami Tensei (more generic waifubait for nerds).

I find it hard to reproduce images personally. PL definitely isn’t winning anyone’s hand with his attitude, and I wish he could see that.
