Reddit has tons of misogynist subreddits dedicated to pornographic fetishes involving beating women and raping them, but god forbid a thread that goes against woke ideology (gender/trans nonsense mostly). IIRC, one of the big reasons why TIA got shut downw as that many of the former radfems and gc users on r/gendercritical were driven to TIA when their original subreddit was shut down by Reddit for being "transphobic".

TIA in the last few months was 99% posts by radfems which like, fair, I agree with their points but at the same time SJW redditards are so un-self aware they don't realize they're the exact type of person TIA would make fun of sans the anti TRA rhetoric. Trannies were fair game but the rest was still pozzed leftist dogma, which is a bit ironic considering society nowadays feels more like the opposite. I can't help but feel a bit for the edgelords who just wanted to laugh at autists and ended up having their space essentially hijacked. TIA was already withered and dying, there's no hope for free speech on reddit and anyone still clinging to this sinking ship and demanding "justice" for the double standards (like the misogynist subs you mentioned) is pathetic in my opinion

There is a reason those are kept up and tranny ideology (and even more, tranny advocacy and porn) are kept out of all the porn subreddits. They know that if they displease the coomers, which are most of their userbase, there would be a peasants revolt and they would be in extremely hot water. Who cares if they allow people to have fantasies about raping women and beating them and chaining them to a boiler in their own basement? As long as they are kept afloat they will keep enabling trannies and saying the usual bullshit because despite R*ddit being used mostly for porn, porn is not the public face of R*ddit.

This is precisely why I stopped hanging around there. After all the big TERF/Radfem subreddits were banned, you could tell they all flocked to TIA. After it became noticeable, it was clear that the sub wouldn't last for much longer. Towards to end of its life, the sub tried to diversify their posts so that it wasn't just feminists sperging, which was then met with "BUT WHERE ARE WE GONNA FIND TERF/GENDERCRIT CONTENT ((((("

/r/PoliticalCompassMemes is definitely an odd one to not be banned yet. That sub has thought it would be banned any day for over years at this point. That sentiment isn’t really wrong because it’s one of the few subs on Reddit where you could say nigger or dunk on troons and get upvotes. Not sure if it’s still like that, I refuse to touch the place nowadays. I think it’s a dogshit sub because it’s dominated by Reddit libertarians, but that’s approaching territory. I know Tardfinn has been trying to get it banned for a while. Reddit may be letting it survive until mainstream media picks up on it since it makes them money, which is why I personally believe /r/the_donald was able to stick around despite the extreme bitching about it on Reddit.
