I was in shock too but all sources I can find says she birthed the ill fated Vera Jo as a true and honest woman would.

It’s just hard living and meth I think, maybe a little bit of crack.

I am watching this doc now on Tubi and WTF is in the water in that town? Certainly not fluoride,but is this near a Superfund site or is it incest? Like another post said, I'm seeing so much FAS here,it's all over the place. Eyes too close together, raggedy teeth,etc. Lots of "delayed" people.

Sugar Babe herself is repulsive.

I was about to say drugs, but there’s actually 9 Superfund sites in Findlay which is surprising considering the area.
So probably a good bit of both.

Great info! Thanks. Yeah I recognize the name of a few corporations listed there. It HAS to be contaminants because everyone I saw on film was out of this world mutant. Not just one family but many,many,many people there.
Side note: Verna should have went to court and got guardianship for poor Vera when she turned 18. She may have received services and would have been protected somewhat. I just don't know what to make of her mother's indifference.

I know the area around here semi decently. You don't go through that park unless you just absolutely get blocked by school traffic; lest you get fucked with by druggies and/or run over the heaps of trash in the road.
This trailer park is part of the non-gangbanger meth/weed/crack dealing places in Jacksonville, and there's typically always some shady fucks walking around the block trying to score and occasionally breaking into vehicles parked in the surrounding neighborhoods. They're singlehandedly driving the surrounding area to shit.

So really it's perfect for Kim.

For Sammi though, Poplar isn't in a "bad" part of town per se, but that chunk with the apartments is pretty trashy.
Not as bad as Galloway on the other side of the tracks, but that's actual don't go there if you're white hood.
