Dallas has a lot of wokies. Texas is deep red, but the cities (other than Fort Worth - twenty minutes away from Dallas, and the "midcities" - the small cities between Dallas and Fort Worth and surrounding them) are allllll solid, solid blue.

I'm a skeptic. A member of the skeptics society actually. Skepticism as a social movement was a fad, a way a lot of people justified their ideology. People virtue signaled what good, intellectual people they were by saying "i'm a skeptic". When people could no longer consider themselves a good person and a skeptic, they dropped the skepticism.


Gender ideology depends on obscurantism. It's why the reaction is so over the top when you ask basic questions. Up until recently, nothing was being argued except ideology. That's like trying to argue christian theology with a christian. As concrete arguments get presented, the society will shred them.

Skeptics are still around, and the society is committed to giving a voice to skeptics presenting evidence based arguments silenced by other venues. They published a review of irreversible damage that had been censored.

I drifted out about 2016 and all the big organisations seemed to have been captured by the blue hairs. My local skeptics in the pub became insufferable. Did sanity return or are you from a more based part of the world?

And if they still want the surgery by the time they're 18, then by all means they can go for it. No one is trying to force kids with glasses to live without them, no one is denying kids with glasses healthcare, no one is encouraging the bullying of kids with glasses.

God I missed that because of the use of puberty blockers distracting me. I'm not a medfag, but I asked someone who is. They said that it sounds like one of two things: she's either abusing her script herself by doubling the dose, or two people are taking what has been given to her on the script.
