I'm guessing these retards are referring to Swyer syndrome, which in that case, NO, the women with abnormal XY makeup will not have ovaries nor will they go through puberty. They still have a vagina, uterus, and fallopian tubes, which is why we still classify them as female. We don't usually diagnose these cases until they hit puberty age.

No ovaries = no sex hormones = no puberty

You’re missing something important with those replies from (real) women towards troons: female socialization. When women want to demonstrate that they don’t like someone and find them unacceptable, generally they will apply false compliments that other (real) women can immediately recognize as false. The troon sees these comments and thinks they’re genuine, but women seeing those comments will immediately recognize them and know several facts about the situation at hand:
1. That dude is not a woman, nor is he accepted as one by the women of this group. Real women don’t shower each other with compliments like that. Generalized compliments about appearance mean only one thing - your appearance is shit and we feel 2nd hand embarrassment due to the utter fashion/makeup/hair atrocity displayed before our horrified eyes.
2. “I’m jealous” - translation: “thank Christ I don’t look like you” and “does everyone else see this shit? It’s terrible!”
3. If we ignore it and don’t give it anything to feed off of, it will go away. Most troons are sex pests, and women are trained from a VERY early age to recognize sex pest behavior, and how to circumnavigate it. Shallow compliments allow us to remain “nice” in order to avoid an aggressive response from the pest. It also lets the other women (who may be new/unfamiliar) that said troon is a pest and that we don’t want to ruin the group dynamic or let the troon infringe upon it. This is a classic avoidance tactic that makes the group boring for the troon (who will hopefully go away). Disengagement is the goal. This also sets up the play for later on, when the real women will talk about something that’s actually meaningful, wherein the troon will not be engaged at all. So if/when he flips his shit/leaves, it will be him with the bad optics, while the real women will still be able to say (and prove) that they were ‘nice’ and therefore any tantrums or accusations of bigotry (the troon’s favorite go-to tactic) will be solely the fault of the troon.

Yes, it’s passive-aggressive as all hell. If the women were more direct perhaps they could have avoided the problem (maybe) in the first place. But women know what troons do to women who don’t play the game - rape threats, death threats, harassment, doxing, stalking, and so on. Plausible deniability is key here, and especially in today’s witch hunt sociopolitical environment it pays to be cautious. Troons are much more virulent, aggressive, and violent towards women who don’t bend the knee. So the illusion of acceptance/praise is put into place as a safety measure, which also has the added benefit of signaling to other women about the problem AND creating a seed of doubt in the troon’s mind about himself. After all, all the ladies were so nice! But still, no one wants to date/be friends/truly engage with Troon. Troon tries to find out why so he can be a more effective infiltrator/pest, but is only met with dozens of smiles, as bright and empty as lightbulbs.
 
I was briefly reading some fb clickbait about how Ellen page was "suicidal" after needing to wear dresses in some show I've never bothered watching.

It's fairly straightforward once you're familiar with AGP. He developed attraction to men because it validates his "womanhood." He's not really bi in the sense he's sexually attracted to both male and female bodies. He would in all likelyhood never have sex with another man as a man. The only way he'd have sex with another man is if either he or the other man, or both, were pretending to be women.
