Going after one specific doctor? I’m making a bet that it was some kind of personal or familial relation. This sounds domestic in scope.

3 dead so far, undisclosed number wounded. Too high of a number for black, but too low for white. It's Oklahoma, which is close enough to Texas for me to bet on it being a spic.

The scanner indicates the shooter to be "a black male with a white hat."

EDIT: Actually, a different dispatcher describes the shooter as a tall, skinny white male (kind of hard to hear her, though).

Possibly related, not yet known -- bomb threat in Muskogee an hour away, Tulsa PD alerted their department. (Archive only because shitty site)

Muskogee Police are asking the public to stay away from the Country Club area after Tulsa Police notified them of a bomb threat.
Officers are asking people in the area around Park Place North to shelter in place.
They also are asking the public to stay away.

Officers are going door-to-door in their search.

These things always become more frequent on election years, particularly when a Democrat is in office. Don't try to tell me it is a coincidence.
